Hello there. I think you would want to call customer service they should be able to let you know what equipment comes with the install.
1-800-921-8101 is the number that i use for customer service and it should work for you.

For FiOS the router will be some version of the ActionTec MI424WR.
Also what set-top boxes / DVRs are being used by Frontier in new installs for FiOS TV?
Edit: I don't think that the newer Motorola 72xx STBs are being used in Frontier FiOS areas but I could be wrong.
