My computer is connecting to 67.129.144.18 67-129-144-18.dia.static.qwest.net whenever I reboot and sometimes when I launch windows updates. Qwest is not my service provider.

#3 I looked up that up and I found »en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Akamai_Technologies -- Please use the "yellow (IM) envelope" to contact me and please leave the URL intact.
I'm familiar with akamai I've just never seen in from this ip address before. Sometimes when I look up these qwest ip's on google it says akamai in the information about the ip and other times it only tells information about qwest. I was hoping it had something to do with akamai because my past searches revealed that microsoft has a parternship with akamai.
