I'm still in shock that I was repaired yesterday after all this time and multiple times of asking for help, and multiple techs to my house.

I overheard the tech on the phone. Like you all ,there seemed to be no pin. Also something about a red light showing. He stated "I have no idea" a few times during this pin conversation. I hope you all can push and have your pins checked. Several times I requested help the request was cancelled and or the tech no showed. The WS gal that placed my last request purposely ask that the request not be cancelled and to make sure the tech was not to be a no show.

I hate to suggest squeaking until you drive them batty but what other choice do we have ?
