 | reply to La Luna I used to use DFX a long time ago, and it worked quite well for MP3s and other lossy music to make them sound "richer and fuller". It worked much less well for lossless stuff (flac), which all of my music is now. I never found that it improved the sound produced by the speakers--crappy speakers, crappy sound. Of course, that was then; I suppose there's at least some chance the s/w has since been developed to tweak the audio in order to make tinny little speakers sound less so. -- "...but ya doesn't hasta call me Johnson!" |
