| [TV] How long does firmware update usually take?? My BHN cable box display says h000 where the 000 is count from 0 to 999 over and over and over again. It has been doing this for 2 hours. The phone support told me it was doing a firmware update, but it seems like the thing is not updating correctly? |

| It has been on all day. I can only assume it came in the morning and has been stuck in this loop since then. Either that or something else is wrong?
I guess I will call back to have a tech come replace to box  |
