I mean geez comparing the trolling model with the RICO statutes is BIG time. That is only because one judge from only one lawsuit in only one state caught on, or had an understanding.
Meanwhile there are a dozen other states with two dozen other judges who never caught on, or are clueless and don't question a thing or look at a thing other than the BS someone tosses at them.
It's no different here. |

 | reply to hm It looks like trolls took all that time to prepare a BS counter arguments against CIPPC's doc that states IP =/= person. I wonder how trolls are going to explain absence of Cease and Desist letter. It simply shows that them (trolls) are not against sharing files no-line and in fact they need their crappy "works" shared on order to extort money from people |

hm @videotron.ca | reply to mazhurg Dunno. I thought this was to be the "sit down" stage that the judge ordered.
This (»cas-ncr-nter03.cas-satj.gc.ca/In···-2058-12) seems to indicate that CIPPIC filed something on May 10th that we aren't seeing and that voltage is replying to it. Unless Voltage means the affidavits CIPPIC gave about 3 months ago and they only got it now!
BTW, Back in i believe it was February, the judge told Voltage to give TSI a draft of the words of what they wanted to go out in Email to the accused (ie "the draft"). Did TSI ever get this draft finally from Voltage as the judge stated? Did this other Email/correspondence ever go out? |

They're actually in process of being smacked by a US Judge - this case was multiple cases with several hundred does, consolidated into 1 case. quote: Order to Show Cause. ordered to Show Cause in Writing by 4/22/2013 why this case should not be dismissed for failure to follow a court order and why defendants should not be severed, requiring the filing of individual complaints. Signed on 4/10/2013 by Chief Judge Ann L. Aiken. (lg) (Entered: 04/11/2013)

Just making note of the no down time except for about 3 weeks at the end of July. Who knows.. hm @videotron.ca | reply to resa1983 Any new news on TSI-CIPPIC Vs. the Vultures?
The only thing I see is that TSI (their council) said they are available to sit down with the vultures on: Letter from Mr. McHaffie dated 20-MAR-2013 in regards to the party availability in April 22013 through to and including August 2013: April 1,4,5,8,9,10,24,25,26,29,30 May 20,21,22,24,27,28,29,30,31 June 3-7,10-14,18-21,24-28 July 2-5,8-12,15-19 August 12-16,19-23,26-30
Looks like Marc isn't taking a very long summer vacation. At least not between now and the end of Aug from the looks of it. |
