TG862G Port Forwarding

it seems i can't portforward more than one port on arris tg862g
router. when i want to add second port via firewall/port triggers
configuration i get this error:

"{An error has occured. Your changes may have not been applied.
Please refresh this page and verify the changes you expect.}"

when i click on "show more details" this is what shows up:

Name: FWPortTrigDesc.2
Value Set: pfwd2
Value Returned:
Full Oid: 1.3.6.1.4.1.4115.1.20.1.1.4.16.1.2.2

if i delete one port which is portforwarded i can add it again.
but again, i can't add additional ports. this is not acceptable.
why block port forwarding of more than one port? it defeats
the purpose. i highly doubt that most customers only need
one port to be forwarded. anyone else experiencing similar
problems? any help is highly appreciated.

You're not port forwarding, you're port triggering.

Port forwarding is called "Virtual Servers" on the Arris.

Port Triggering is Forwarding but it opens to the first device that grabs the port. The Virtual Servers is probably what you want to be setting.
