This doesn't fundamentally change anything, as many users, like myself, would rather have my phone work everywhere than have unlimited data.
With all the sales they're making at the T-mobile stores in town though, they really should consider making upgrades soon.
Not only was data too slow or inoperable at times but my calls sounded like someone was underwater most of the time. Works terrific in the neighboring 3G/4G areas though.
