[Troubles] to Aaron specialist 2 regarding a post about my 6mb s

you responded to my plea for help last year i was the guy that is a MCSE and had gotten a letter from windstream stating 6 mb service was available i called the lady she told me to hold she came back said yes it is available on my phone number and it would be 34.95 the next couple days i get a guy knocking saying im up i got 6 mb i had great service till last year around june i called to complain about my internet they sent the tec out he said he was gonna do one more thing and would come back he never did but everything was fine after that because i told him the modem was getting really hot so i hooked up a new 4300 i had everything working fine then next day there was a national outage windstream said they would call me when it was back up they never did but everything was back to normal at 530am then the tech came back out and said im doing a few things and it should be fine i told him everything was great i never saw him until i called tech support to find out why my internet was so slow tech support said you are at 3mb and 768up i said no im not im supposed to be at 6mb and 768 up the lady that i talked to was very nice she recommisioned my modem and i was back to 6 mb she asked me to fill out a customer survey i did and gave you guys a great score.then again a couple days later i was slow slow slow so i called tech support and they told me the technician told them to drop my connection speed to 3mb and would not comment at all i asked for a super they would not give me one and were rude and hung up i got in my car and drove to the operation center for my dslam and spoke to the technician that came to my house and checked wires everything he said i told you if you called one more time i was gonna call the business office and cut your speed down i explained that there was other people in my area and they are on voip and world of war game and 6mb and still are to this day he told me he would have the super there at the operation center call me i never heard anything i went back a week later the tech told i talked to him and there has never been over 3mb on any connection ever well i have bills for a year or so stating 6mb at 34.95 i also stated in my last post on this site that i was losing my job i had so many days to get things straitened out or i would lose my job because my job requires me to do remote control to new york so i would not have to drive there to fix there servers i lost my 5,000 a month job because nobody would take a minute to try to help me i am disabled with a serius hip joint disease and dependid on my income to pay for my meds and all i have had is a big headache no explaination of why i was cut down to not even 1.3mb down and no more then 300kbps up (at 230am) i also had prepaid for streaming subscriptions netflix,vudu which all worked fine till the tech screwed it up it might have had its problems at peak times but it always worked late night from 12-7am which did not bother me. now i tryed calling again the guy said he was a specialist he called me a liar i asked for his badge number he only gave me the main phone number 1.i was told by the tech also i was to far from the dslam he stated 18,000 feet well i had my omsbudsman wheel it off as we drove down the road from the dslam he said he came up with 10,380 but at the most 13,800 and should not be a problem with what i used to have!!! and to complain because the squeeky wheel gets attention but theres no fighting windstream period when the company was alltel and they came to me and said you are the first to become eligable for dsl i was so happy i jumped up and down for joy the speed was great until you bought them out!! please please please what can i do i now have another 3 mb line it has 3mb and 768 up its greenstreek but i was told i could request you guys to give me MLPPP on one modem i have a daul channel router and could have a layer1 and layer 2 and that would get me up to 6mb because i am now paying you 100.00 a month for over 6 months with the 6mb statement on my bill for 34.95 and the greenstreek for 54.95 i have tryed to be patient with you guys too patient please im begging for your help or i will file a complaint with the better business bureau in florida and contact the state office of attorney general for charging for one thing and giving me another!! you state you are there to help in the last post you saw my email why did you not email me then? and try to help me 128 days ago? again i beg you to try to make things right so i can say you are a good company not terrible sincerely,don tecbrat@windstream.net if you email me i can give you the info you need they have my contact number 24-7 which is a cell and this is the main email for the account patiently waiting again

hey aaron specialist 2 i have pm ed you 2 or 3 times i have recieved your emails but when i pm you it says i need to pm more i have until march 15 my job is going up for grabs i dont want to go to the state attorney general or file a bbb complaint but i can not call tech support and get anywhere the guy noticed i was on 6mb service and being charged when hey said it was me that was rude but it was him he would not give me his badge # or full name when my wife got on the phone he took the 6mb 34.95 off my bill theres a lot more to this story then you know if i told you everything you would understand my attorney wants to get involved i still have the bills that i was being charged 34.95 for 6mb they have put fiber optic line down and upgraded the dslam and there are other people on the next block from my house they will be happy to testify in court i need some action how about emailing me your email address??? please for gods sakes what do i have to do ???sincerely don deane they have my cell number in the records to contact me on call me please!!!!

Aaron,will be back with everyone soon.I have spoke with him,and he is not ignoring anyone.It's more than likely to be late in the week before he returns.

I would follow through with nathanroe72 advice,and post in the direct support for the time being.Larissa is there to help also.
