MR814 v3 bandwidth problem when downloading

I have an old MR814 v3 router and since I installed it, I've had constant bandwidth issues. Whenever I download something or (sometimes) when I watch online streams, nothing else will load part from the simplest websites. Is there anything that can be done to fix this in the router settings?
