Re: [RPG Review] Dishonored: Story-driven roleplaying

Glad to hear you're liking it, Ghastly. It is one of the best, if not the best, games of 2012, easily.

Yeah it's been completely worth the purchase, especially at 30 dollars.

It can be extremely tough at times to perfect a stealth kill or not alarm any guards. I've died more times then I can count. But it's not frustrating at all. I've actually gotten killed a couple times on purpose just so I can replay an area to perfection lol.
I also mapped my sword block to the middle mouse button, which has helped a lot.

Teleporting to an enemy and slicing his head clean off is pure bad ass.

Wait until you meet the Tall Striders, then. You'll love the animation for those guys.

I'm about 12hrs in so far. I'm pretty much killing everything in sight, but doing it with stealth. I guess you can play through the whole game without killing a single person if you wanted.

This game absolutely runs amazing.

It's weird, my GPU is running at only 40-50% usage and a nice cool 50c with the fans barely making a peep.

I don't know if the game is just that well optimized or what.
