You can get the same unlimted voice/text/data on prepaid monthly 4G if you don't want the contract and can pay for the phone up front. While I can't promise that every phone is unlocked, a number of t-mobile's phone do come unlocked. and you can simply buy an unlocked phone somewhere else and bring it to t-mobile.
