 | [Internet] Usage Monitor Accuracy (2013) Can anyone comment on the current accuracy of the usage monitor?
I know back in 2011 it was shut down because of its inaccuracy but how is it now? For me, it definitely seems to be much higher than my router reports.
I even tested it by taking out my username and password and replacing it with test@test. No browsing was possible but there was still 100MB of usage. Wireless is also off and nothing else was connected. |

 | It's pretty bad in this day and age when we gotta start worrying about 100mb's of usage.
Thanks Bell |

 1 edit | reply to sunnyd71 I usually see about a 5 to 10GB difference between Bell's meter and my router's meter.
It doesn't happen every month though.
It seems random. |

 | reply to Riplin Yeah 100MB in a day is a bit much though especially when it should be 0 and can't possibly be anything else since its disconnected. With actual use, I see quite a bit of difference. 10-20% on average I'd say, maybe more. |

 | My philosophy is if your concerning yourself with having to monitor your usage its time to get the you know what off bell. |
