[OS X] WISP GIS Mapping

final_mile posted : I've been placed in charge of providing coverage data for our WISP to LinkWisconsin/Illinois Broadband and need advice from the community on the best way to provide geodatabase data, spatial file, or other geospatial data file. I use a Mac running Mountain Lion but have ability to run software in a Win 7 64 VM. The more affordable (or free) the solution the better... we'd prefer to do this in house. Anybody used GRASS for this purpose? Other recommendations?
