Edit: Belarc Advisor updated when I checked something yesterday. Just now when I tried, there was nothing new. Might it be out so early and with the wrong date because it's an interim update rather than the one for yesterday's patches? |

Hi chachazz,
We didn't forget to change the date. Microsoft made some changes last week to the security definitions, so we released version 2013.1.8.1 (prior to Microsoft's patch tuesday release) to include those changes. That version doesn't cover the January security bulletin.
We hope to release new definitions that cover the January bulletin shortly. |
