Have you tried calling support? You may have to demand for your case to be escalated if the first level of support can't help, but it makes sense to see if they can see anything on their side before you spend too much of your time on this.
One observation... you have upstream channel bonding, which is something you did not have on your old Toshiba modem. That is a factor other than the modem that is different and could be somehow contributing to your issues.
This modem has proven to be pretty reliable overall for many service providers in many areas. There's always the chance that you have a bad one, but I think it is unlikely.
