First, what do you mean by the "facebook application"? The facebook page? Or like a facebook App on a tablet or phone? If the former, yes, if the later, likely not very easily.

And when you say "only access to the wall" do you mean you don't have admin access to the router? If not, no, you can't and shouldn't change anything.

Try using a Dynamic DNS service? Use them as your filter and use the DNS addresses on the router.
