[FireFox] Unable to Import from Another Browser

Why is the Import from Another Browser grayed out???
Please see print screen.

I selected not to Import Bookmarks from Internet Explorer during setup. So how can I import this without going through the whole install process again? Please see print screen.

Export your IE bookmarks to a file and then import to Firefox.
