[Network] Mac user lost permissions to windows network share

I'm not sure how to resolve this. The server decided to drop her as a user on that share. I re-established permissions for her at the server level.

I then tried to connect to that server from the Mac and it says she doesn't have permissions to access it.

Would this have something to do with how she is logging onto the Mac, and then it's those log on credentials that the server is going by? Nah, that doesn't make sense because that hasn't changed from when I first hooked her up to the share from the Mac.

Anyone have thoughts on how to resolve this?

Should she simply reboot the Mac?
