<description><![CDATA[jtudor posted : While this seems to be a really minor technicality, still the rules are the rules.<br>I always read the rules of any contest I consider and as a result there are many I just don't bother with because I find something that bothers me in them. Most often is is something related to the ownership / future use of entries as related to the prize offered. Many seem to want full rights for all entries, even those which do not win a prize.
