| No idea, I doubt it will stay at that speed, I'm assuming when more people are added in my area, and the network gets tweaked a bit it'll get closer to 10. I was pleasantly surprised when I ran that Speedtest! So far am quite impressed compared to Shaw's BB50. |

The QoS for upload for GPON is a bit borked right now. It will eventually settle down closer to 10Mb/s.
FWIW, I'm on copper and I get around 12Mb/s for my upload.

| I'm assuming once TELUS gets some extra time, they will get it back to the "posted" speeds, however enjoying the free extra right now. I've been a long time Shaw customer, but so far so good. |

| Long term Shaw customer here as well. I'm used to the BB100, but I'm very happy with the Optik 50. Hoping they add Optik 100 for the GPON areas sooner than later. |

| ha!!m i got better news for ya, sasktel now has infinet which you can have tv and 100 megs on one line, so sasktel is catching up more than telus thus far.
