Frontier Communications → [DSL] DSL Outage in Rochester Area?

My DSL in Gates seemed to be fine last night about 10:30 pm or so, and appeared to have gone offline sometime between then and 1:15 am (bio break woke me) and still out this morning.

Call has been placed, so wondering if anyone else seeing problems in the Rochester area.

Really, no one else had a problem in Rochester?

Got home that afternoon, powered off the modem, powered back on, worked fine. No notice that it was "fixed" no information about what happened.

Apparently Frontier did not update the ticket. I just got a call from a tech about my problem, and he was surprised that I was all "fixed."

I hope he has better luck trying to get them to better update trouble tickets.
