How long does it take Verizon to process a returned box?I sent two boxes back to Verizon on December 27th and show they received them on the 28th. Yeah I guess I need to add a couple day for the holiday so I started the clock on January 2nd.
Today is January 11th. Shouldn't it have been processed by now?
thanks Pat |

Where possible, return them to a FiOS store. It should be processed and completed the same day. |

The last time I returned a box it was credited to my account within about 7 business days. I believe it was returned to a location in PA. |

I've had it be as little as 1 day and as many as 14 days. I prefer returning to the store because it'll be credit to your account the day after you drop it off. |

Verizon provides a 30 day window before any charges will incur plus as long as you have a tracking number they will provide a credit if needed. I returned a defective stb last month and I guess it took around 10 business days to no longer have it listed on my account. |

Finally received a credit and they took my two boxes off this weekend.
My normal bill was $220 a month. This month, it was $119.
PRICELESS. |
