Hi,

Static IP's refer to your PPPoE connection receiving 1 Static IP.
A subnet, let's say a /29 is to be used as a method to assign devices of your own network a Static IP. You would get a range & subnet.
E.G. 173.xxx.xxx.xxx / 255.255.255.248

The simple method is as follows.
/29 = 1 Gateway, 5 usable IP's.

Now you can use NAT, but we don't go into details about this.

When you get a Static IP, you can get MLPPP for free.... or vis versa. Either or are optional when you subscribe to Static IP or MLPPP.

To be able to bond 2 lines, MLPPP will be a requirement.
