I share your pain. I'm on the BB100 plan but outside of school hours I'm getting less than 10 Mbps and usually less than 5 Mbps. Shaw has been out to test for themselves and confirmed the node is saturated but there are no immediate plans to resolve the problem. My solution is either live with it or go with MTS. I suppose there is a third option - quit my day job and surf during the day. Those speeds are closer to 60-70 Mbps.
