IMHO always buy NAME BRAND quality hardware that has the ability/features to fulfill your requirements. Thoroughly research the item on the Net and read the reviews. Know exactly what you want and what it's capable of before you walk into the store or order online.
You only get exactly what you pay for so spend your dollars wisely. It's not a good deal if it can't get the job done or will be obsolete in 6 months time.
