 | HORRIBLE! The service with Cincinnati bell has been horrible. Have had them now since August and nothing but problems. I should have contacted the news media when the supervisor was making remarks about people being stupid and retarded. Instead they said they would handle it. Um yeah still horrible service, and now I am being told that I have to pay to get it fixed. I will be calling BBB tommorrow. Cincinnati Bell should be asshamed of themselves. I will telling my fellow service members to avoid this company. Guess its time to make it public how the tech supervisors like to talk to their customers and how horrible the service is. I will going back to Insight/TW  |
