Remember, Gone, BC is the province that made headlines across
Canada when they passed the toughest DUI laws in the country.
BC runs a TON of roadblocks year round. I truly believe we catch
more because we check more and those numbers are a result.
The part about enforcement kind of makes sense though. If you're trying to screw people over with 0.03, you're bound to find more people who blow over 0.08.
