I had an Internet install done in December. They gave me an indoor ONT and a Rev. F router. The self install package for FIOS TV came with two new STB's, one beat up STB and one beat up DVR. I had to go the the Verizon store to swap out the beaters for slightly better beaters. No store in the NYC area had a new DVR. To boot they're still charging me for all 6 boxes. In addition they're charging me $10 more a month for my Triple Play package then my FIOS TV order confirmation says they should. Their system doesn't allow them to see what order confirms they send out. Even after faxing them a copy of the confirmation, they don't do anything. Way too many hours on the phone with Customer Service. Verizon sucks.
