<description><![CDATA[smith102101 posted :  Im at almost 30 gigs but have been warned.Usually im around 15 gigs but we got a kindle and 3ds and netflix free to try so usage is up.Ive been with Millenicom for 2 years or so and am tired of paying this much.I think i might just cancel and use my phone for internet at this point. Also im .5 miles to far for dsl and cable and just give up at this point calling to see if they are going to extended it.]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[davidhoffman posted : As far as I know Millenicom does not set the policy, it is Verizon Wireless that sets and enforces throttling policy.  If Verizon has absolutely no problems supporting the user, no congestion at a particular tower during the time the customer is using the tower, I guess they can disable automatic throttling.  Verizon has said that they are seeing significant shifts to LTE for data as their LTE coverage expands.  Maybe that would free up the EVDO Rev A 3G in your friend's area.  Just a guess.]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[Wartrace posted : A "friend" of mine exceeded his 20 gig usage cap last month but has not seen his service throttled. He is on the Verizon 20GB 3g plan. I thought I would share this with others. I have exceeded the cap before and had to put up with a month of throttling. I am wondering if there was some sort of policy change.]]></description>
