[TV] Bell Fibe Sagemcom TV LED remains solid red...

...yet TV service works flawlessy.

Sagemcom was restarted, left turned off for an entire night and also reset to factory settings and it did not resolve.

Just curious to know what might be causing this.

Thoughts?
