Upgrade home from DTV to HD DTV

I have 10-year+ DirecTV single LNB round dish with multiple receivers in my home, and similar round dish with 1 receiver on my boat at same latitude, different longitude.
If I upgrade to HD at home will my reception with existing non-HD equipment on the boat be affected?

It should not be as long as you keep the boat receiver listed on the account. Make sure they know to keep it when upgrading.
