| hbo go not working hi all,
every time i try to log in to hbo go, i get the same error message:
HTTP status 404 - /SSOPOST/metaAlias/realm5/idpv2
the login has worked for me before in firefox, so i'm assuming the browser is not the issue since i haven't changed any of its settings.
i just called optimumonline and they said it was a system-wide problem...is anyone else having the same problem or tell me what they think the issue is? thanks |

| It depends if the issue is with CV passing the info to HBO or HBO not validating correctly. A good rule of thumb is if you go to »www.optimum.net/tvtogo and can't get to other TV To Go services you are entitled to, call CV & not HBO. If you can't get to HBO only, call HBO (or, wait it out, of course). |
