[Cable] Ottawa sync
Anyone else lose sync in ottawa (slnt1 headend)? Sync has been gone since around 2am.

I tried calling an hour after it went down at about 3am but ended up staying in queue for over 30 mins before hanging up. I decided to assume something was wrong with Rogers since the wait time was so long at 3am. According to my logs, things came back online at 4am.
it would be nice if you could announce what the estimated wait time was when people called in.
