[IL] Usage Meter inaccurate for Ultra 50?

I switched from Online Max (20/2) with no bandwidth caps to the newer Ultra 50 (50/5) with 999 GB bandwidth cap a little over a month ago.

Surprisingly, I'm not having any issues with speed!

However, I noticed that when I logon to Mediacomtoday.com and check the usage meter, it still shows my account with a 250 GB cap. Specifically, it states the following:

"Mediacom Online Ultra 50
50Mbps Download / 5Mbps Upload
250 GB monthly usage allowance"

And the graph to the right also shows 250 GB.

MediacomChat has assured me that I am provisioned for the Ultra 50 with 999 GB cap but the usage meter still does not accurately reflect my plan allowance. I didn't say anything at first because I figured it would switch after my monthly cycle, but that has long past and the meter has remained the same.

Has anyone else had this problem? Should I be worried?

Don't be worried, this is generally a communication issue between our billing system and monitoring system when changing promotions. Send me your telephone# and I will look into this for you.
