The new Dell you're putting in is OVERKILL for such a small business. Any dual-core with 4-8GB of RAM and 2x300GB hard drives would work just fine for a pool store unless they're doing a massive amount of file share work or something. Why would you waste money like that?

The machine you're putting in can provide so much more power than what is needed. Sounds like you need a little more experience at this.

I know its a little bit overkill.. but it was sleeping in my basement and didnt cost me anything. So i gave them..

That's funny you have a machine like that just sitting in a basement

All that power and was gathering dust. At least it'll be used now. You could run Rosetta@Home or other similar projects to use some of that power.
