Cisco 8742hdc clock display

I just replaced my old Samsung DVR with Cisco 8742hdc. It's been working great so far (much faster then the old Samsung - knock on wood). However, I noticed a weird thing - the ":" between hours and minutes is not showing up. Is this normal? Can anyone who has 8742hdc, check if their ":" shows up? Thanks.
