 | [INTERNET] Really terrible ping. Well, I live in the Hamilton region north end and I've been getting some horrific ping. For the past hour my pings have been going from 300ms to 3000ms and the jitter has been beyond 3000ms also. (Pingtest.net) »www.pingtest.net/result/75555297.png Most recent one that I just did. |

 | I'm using the same server as you and I am getting no where. But then again my router is set not to respond to the pings from the remote site. Only problems I have notice so far is that the upload speed sucks more than usual. Only thing I can think of is maybe they are working on the servers for the Feb 1st upgrade. There has got to be some problems when they are working on the servers. |

 | reply to Bones313 Well I guess that is true, I was just a bit worried when it took me 30 seconds to load the homepage of youtube up. |

 | Ouch. I wouldn't really know. |
|
 | Could be anything from the modem crapping out, bad coax lines, bad splitter, or the hardware outside. |
|
 | reply to Bones313 Still no improvement. Sighhh |

There's an RF issue in your node causing the ping/jitter/packet loss issue. I've got technicians tracking down the fault, and I'll follow up once it's corrected. |
|
 | Alright thanks, should I cancel the tech that is coming to my house on Thursday? |
