Unfortunately the enable radio box is not there. I checked the Arris Web GUI User's Guide and I see the setting in the manual, but it's not in mine. Also, in the same manual, if you go to the Utilities tab and look at the system information you can see

Hardware Version 1
Firmware Version 7.5.23
Mine is
Bootcode Version 2.3.1
Hardware Version 3
Firmware Version 7.10.140
I think the enable radio was removed in my version of the firmware.
Do you happen to have access to a modem with the same firmware version and see if that's the case?

I could do better than that really, if you can provide your account number and phone number on the account, I can take a look at your modem and see what's going on with it. If the enable radio option shows for me remotely, l can disable it for you.
