| [WIN8] unable to download app from store I been having a problem with Windows App store; I keep getting Your purchase couldn't be Completed error. MS keep saying there is something wrong with my set up, I have notice strange behavior , as I wold create a new account, MS Store sees apps on my system , but when I log into my Windows Account, Windows Store no longer see apps on my system.
MS tech support has not been any help |

kudos:2 | Are you using a current, updated version of IE 9.0 or later?
I found it impossible to download the update with Firefox, but it downloaded just fine with Internet Explorer. No surprise there, eh? |

I found a solution while talking to Microsoft the downloaded a app that allows me to download an ISO which I made a dvd and did a clean install |
