I was assisting a friend with Voipo with some troubleshooting their service, and the voipo tech sent a link to this network_check.exe that seems to run some tracerts and logs ping responses over time. I don't suppose there is a linux script version available? It could be easily run on the router (which runs linux). Could be helpful...its just a thought. g

VOIPoTim VOIPo.com Premium,VIP join:2006-06-06 Newport Beach, CA kudos:2	All this does is check ping times and traceroutes to our servers to make sure you have a stable connect. If you can manually do a traceroute and check pings for a few minutes (to make sure consistent), you can just email that info. The tool is nothing special and it just gathers that info for users that dont' know how to do a ping or traceroute.
