(All status lights were on, and modem logs looked like provisioning issue) So called up start.. sure enough they sent in wrong provisioning info for my modem when they did the downgrade.
Hopefully I wont be out of internet for 2 days.... |

| reply to rocca I recently upgraded to the new Advanced package from the old one. When I initially was switched over to the new plan, I got close to 3Mbps upload, if not around there. But now I just can't get past 0.97Mbps upload. My download seems to be fine but my upload is horrendous compared to what it should be. Would someone from Start be able to take a look at what's going on with my connection?

I am not bandwidth hungry, so, i don't care much about 50 GB less on my account.
Wanted to see how this will work, is my place able to do this kind of speeds, thats why i requested a profile change.
