[Phone] Phone Service Port Out - Louisville, KY
Hello. I ported my telephone number to a different provider from Insight. The port was completed yesterday afternoon around 3:00PM and I am making and receiving calls from the new provider. I am going to keep my internet service through Insight.
Do I need to contact Insight to have them cancel my telephone? The port has completed, but it appears by bill is still the same price and it appears they still have that listed on my bill. The lights on the modem still are solid for line 1 and line 2. I still have dialtone on line 1.
