You are telling me I can't endorse a check that you sent me for my AT&T DSL account credit, which YOU, AT&T said when I switched from DSL to UVerse that YOU will transfer the credit from my DSL account to my first UVerse bill but you didn't, and mail it back to you to pay my UVerse bill? The check belongs to you! Are you saying your check is no good? You sent me an useless check. I just spoke with one of your rep in Accounts Receivable and he was rude and condescending and disrespectful!! He was trying to get out of it by quoting FCC rules and YET he can't provide me a written copy of the FCC rules when I requested it! AT&T can't keep their words on anything: from negating a 1- year DSL contract that they confirmed in writing with a letter from retention to a $75 rewards card which I had to call the FCC, FTC, PUC, TX Attorney General Office, BBB and AT&T Office of the President in Dallas before I was able to get it. |
