 | reply to plat2on1 You must not have had a problem that couldn't be fixed going the normal route. Steve took care of two problems for me and e-mailed a week later to make sure verything was still working OK. He will be missed here. |

Hopefully his leaving was on good terms with Comcast, and I wish him good luck on his future endeavors.
