[Troubles] DSL outage for a week in Concord NC and no updates av
My DSL service have now been out for a week. When I call Windstream support they indicate they are working on the problem but support has no info on why it is taking so long and when it might be resolved. It is absolutely frustrating to not be able to talk to anyone who knows what is going on. The worst customer service possible.
