If you are FTTH (Fiber To The Home), on tab WAN mode: select WAN Ethernet and tab Services: select DHCP, if you are on old copper, call the BellTV technical support at 1-866-797-8686.

cool did the latter issue resolved; but it kinda of silly that they have to connect to the "connection hub" to entering the username and password instead of providing it to us
