[AR] Terrible speeds in Fort SmithI am experiencing very slow download speeds on Cox. At three different locations: my home, my office and coworker's house. Download speeds are under 1Mbps and upload speeds are around 6Mpbs.
This is using Speedtest.net and the Bixby, OK server. I got similar results with the BBR speed test. Anyone else? |

I'm in Rogers (NW AR) but have been noticing sluggish speeds this afternoon. Speedtests are showing about 5 Mb/s on Preferred (normal is 12-18 for me), but no decrease on the upload side.
Was planning to see if it resolved over the next 12-24 hrs, but saw this post. So far, powercycling MTA, router, and PC haven't provided any resolution

Springdale, AR here. Noticed the issues around 6pm this afternoon. On a 28Mbit line.
Speeds right now... Down - 1.1mbps Up - 6.2mbps
Normal results with speedboost are like 40-45 down and 6 up.
Talking to a technician and they couldn't figure anything out. Went ahead and scheduled with a technician before I found out this isn't just a problem with my connection. Also have a friend in Bentonville experiencing exact same issues. Hopefully it will be fixed by morning. |

Yep, in Springdale seeing a huge decrease from my normal 20 down. Upload is normal though. I hope it gets fixed soon. I'd like to get back to my HD Netflix streaming. |

I called Cox last night and they said I was in a area that was experiencing problems. He said they should be fixed soon. Sometime later the speed jumped up to normal and it's still good this morning. |
