If you click the down arrow next to it, it takes you to an explanation that basically says TWC is intercepting DNS calls and routes you to a "google like" page with sites it thinks you were trying to access, with advertisements all over it. They do this to make money off of you mistyping links.

thegoogs posted : I'll try that later tonight. I've been still experiencing this twice again since I last posted although it's very intermittent. For example, I experienced it for 4-5 hours today,the first time in a few days.

I've experienced occasional problems within the past 36 hours. I have not had any problems being connected however my speed has decreased significantly. This problem occurs intermittently.
Many websites are running very slow and occasionally I'll be directed to the RR search.
