Yes you do, and it auto renews each month. You don't get the better price you would have, had you gone for a longer term.
Plus the Free VoIP offer would only last for the length of the term, 1 month. After that it would be a paid service.

I would go on a 12 month term but with the reviews at 55% if I do decide to go with you guys (chance is high) I would want to go monthly to be safe. If I go for 12 month would I need to pay 12 month upfront or is it like a locked in for 12 months.

Just not many people can come up with that type of money in a day like me so I would should the cheapest.

Yes you could change to a longer term as there are no promo prices.

Same price the following year unless prices go up across the board.
